I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Royal Princess, Princess Cruises newest ship. The ship was phenomenal. If you’ve sailed on a Princess ship before, you will have the things you loved but so much more!

Princess Cruises paid close attention to customer feedback and has designed and enhanced the staterooms with experienced cruisers in mind. There are more outlets than most cruise ships so hopefully you don’t have to fight to plug in your cell phone.
Oh, and you will use your smartphone because Princess Cruises has an amazing new invention- an app that allows you to see what is going on at all times on the ship. No more carrying around the Princess Patter to find out what time the shows or enrichment talks are. You can also check your stateroom balance at any time, look at restaurant hours and menus, deck plans and more. Best of all, it’s FREE!
Every Royal Princess stateroom includes:

• 37″ flat screen television with movies, cable and satellite programming- this tv is great! Only a few buttons on the remote and it was so user-friendly! On-demand tv and movies (mostly free!) and even music!

• Bathroom sundries
We were fortunate enough to stay in a mini-suite with balcony. Substantially larger than a balcony stateroom, a mini-suite includes all the same amenities of a balcony stateroom, plus a welcome glass of champagne, separate seating area, sofa bed, two flat screen televisions, marble-top furniture, a spacious closet and bathroom tub.
There’s nothing like ordering room service and relaxing on the couch reading while you look out onto the gorgeous Caribbean sea…
We toured all room categories. Each was beautiful and comfortable, you really can’t go wrong.
The suite with balcony includes all the amenities of a mini-suite, plus incredible premiums including: two 42″ flat screen televisions, separate bathtub and shower, marble floors and countertops, access to the dedicated Concierge Lounge, a choice of three comfortable mattress options, a soundstation dock for your iPod, and complimentary laundry and professional cleaning services.
