Perched on the shores of the St. Lawrence River and a stone&rsquo;s throw from Mus&eacute;e de la civilization, the Auberge is just steps away from Place Royale. It is the perfect home base for exploring romantic, historical Qu&eacute;bec City. Built on one of Qu&eacute;bec City&rsquo;s richest archaeological sites, the Auberge is made up of 3 historical buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries as well as a wharf and battery structure that date back to the end of the 17th century. Hundreds of artifacts from both the French and English regimes were discovered during an extensive archaeological dig on the property. In this unique contemporary space, the past has been audaciously re-interpreted for you to savour. </br>Auberge Saint-Antoine boasts 31 original rooms, each with its own unique history. Another 64 rooms were added when the hotel expanded, for a total of 95 luxurious rooms and suites. All rooms offer evening turn-down service, deluxe bedding, hypo-allergenic goose down duvets and pillows, luxury linens, toiletries by "We Live Like This", robes and slippers, a Bose radio sound system, independently controlled heating and air-conditioning, French windows, Wi-Fi access, two telephone lines equipped for conference and hands-free calling, voicemail service, a safe, a clock radio, an iron and ironing board, a Nespresso coffee machine, a teapot, and a minibar. All new and newly renovated rooms also boast archaeological artifacts with descriptions, heated bathroom flooring, and fog-free mirrors. Some rooms also have a balcony and/or fireplace.

Our 4 contemporary suites offer the tranquility of a separate bedroom and living room.     Auberge Saint-Antoine is located on the Il&#244;t Hunt, one of Quebec City's most significant archeological sites. Artifacts from this site have been carefully incorporated into the hotel design and d&#233;cor. They tell the story of the different periods of occupation of the Il&#244;t Hunt. Each day, a short guided tour of the hotel is offered to our guests to teach them about the site's history and enhance the quality of their stay. <p>During the tour you will discover our Caf&#233;-Bar Artefact, home to a French cannon, artifact displays, and the Dauphine Battery, which dates back to 1709. You will also visit our restaurant, Panache, located in a maritime warehouse built in 1822. It is the only maritime warehouse of its era remaining in the city. Foyer Maillou will surprise you with a collection of artifacts displaying the personal belongings of four different occupants from the 17th and 18th centuries.This visit lasts 20 minutes and is offered free of charge to hotel guests. Continue on this way, you will pass crossroads where you will pass by a Golf Course and then see 1 cinema on your right.</p>&#x0D; Follow Highway Duplessis (or 540) South, to turn for highway Henry IV (or 73) South.&#x0D; <p>&#x0D; Keep your right and take the exit Champlain Boulevard (do not cross the bridge!) and follow Champlain Boulevard which will become Dalhousie Street (15 minutes).</p>&#x0D; Turn left on Saint-Antoine Street.
