CODA

CODA restaurant is among the best Prague fine dining restaurants thanks to amazing food created by Executive Chef David &Scaron;a&scaron;ek, unique art-deco interior and magnificent view from our rooftop terrace. Coda is located right in the heart of old Prague in Malá Strana just steps away from Prague Castle, palace gardens, Lesser town square, St. Nicholas Church and Charles Bridge. The musical theme is demonstrated by live piano production from Tuesday to Saturday.

David Sasek

Most meat dishes David prepares are using the “Sous Vide” method, the purpose of which is to preserve the natural taste, texture and juice of quality food by warming it up at moderate temperatures in a water bath for several hours. David is one of the pioneers of this cooking method in our country, which he began seven years ago. Even the renowned Marc Veyrat has approved of the quality of his prepared meat dishes. He loves local products from Czech farms and playing with organic food.

The Winter Garden

The Winter Garden forms the magnificent heart of the Aria Hotel Prague. This light flooded area is reminiscent of a palace garden. Comfortable rattan seating make the Winter Garden an ideal place for guests of the Aria Hotel Prague to hold an informal meeting or to unwind with a glass of wine.
