Anse Chastanet
Lush, tropical Anse Chastanet is one of the Caribbean’s most scenic resort hideaways. Nestled amidst a 600-acre estate with two soft sand beaches bordering on pristine coral reefs, resort facilities include 50 individually designed rooms and suites, three restaurants and bars as well as 3 boutiques and an art gallery.

Destination Guide
Anse Chastanet emphasizes the use of local woods and other local products in the room decor and furnishings. Cushions and bedspreads are made from colorful cotton fabrics called madras, the island's "national cloth”. Even the resort bathrobes are locally made.

<p>The furniture has been individually designed and handmade in the region with the exclusive use of the island woods such as teak, mahogany, green heart, red cedar and wild breadfruit.</p>

<p>In room amenities include fridge, espresso/coffee makers, in-room safes, hand made bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in most room types, Molton Brown amenities, free wi-fi. Twice daily housekeeping service with complimentary bottled water.</p>

Beachside Deluxe Rooms
All of Anse Chastanet's beachside rooms are deluxe category rooms. The beachside deluxe rooms are generous in space, with coralina or clay tiles and wooden jalousie louvre windows and large balconies or patios. All beachside rooms offer a tropical garden view and are just a few feet away from the beach and water's edge. The Beachside Deluxe Rooms at Anse Chastanet are air-conditioned. This is an optional feature as louvres can instead be opened for natural air flow. Average size: 750 square feet.

Hillside Deluxe Rooms
The spacious Hillside Deluxe Rooms are located at various hillside levels with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and/or St .Lucia’s Pitons. Some Hillside Deluxe Rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely whilst others have wooden louvre walls and open room dormers allowing for excellent natural airflow. Some of the Hillside Deluxe Rooms have a formal separation between bedroom and living room, others are wide open spaces flowing into each other, with either coralina tiles, clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floors, with patios and/or balconies. Average size: 700 square feet.<br />

Piton Pool Suite Casuarina
Exquisitely finished with coralina stone tiles and hand crafted furniture made from tropical hardwoods, Anse Chastanet;s Piton Pool Suite Casuarina is nestled amidst lush foliage in a private hillside setting facing towards St.Lucia’s famous Pitons Mountains and the Caribbean Sea.<br />

The spacious bedroom with walk in closet opens to a 420 square feet open walled patio living room area. The grand bathroom with Pitonview features a “ Couples” Shower with “His" and “Hers" rain shower heads. Casuarina has a private 160 square feet pool surrounded by a pool deck of 135 square feet.<br />

Upon request, the suite can be connected to a second room, creating an interconnecting two bedroom two bathroom suite. All rooms are built in an airy fashion that allow for excellent natural ventilation and also have ceiling fans.

Premium Rooms
Anse Chastanet’s Premium Rooms offer picture postcard perfect views of the St.Lucia’s Pitons – a Unesco World Heritage site and the surrounding Caribbean Sea by virtue of their location on the higher hillside level. Some Premium Rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely, whilst others have wooden louvre walls which open to balconies/patios.

<p>All premium rooms have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. Upon request, extra bed or twin beds can be provided. Average size: 700 square feet.</p>

Standard Rooms
Anse Chastanet’s Standard Rooms are located at various level. When booking standard category, please know you could be located on either hillside or beachside. The category is based on "run of house" principle which may lead to a complimentary upgrade to superior or beachside deluxe location, at the Resort's discretion but never guaranteed.<br />

The Standard Rooms have either coralina tiles, clay tiles or tropical hardwood floors, glass or wooden louvered windows, balconies with varying views. Average size: 350 square feet.<br />

Superior Rooms
Anse Chastanet’s Superior Rooms are located at various levels on the hillside and they are octagonal or rectangular in shape. The Superior Rooms have either coralina tiles, clay tiles or tropical hardwood floors, glass or wooden louvered windows, balconies and beautiful views of the Pitons and/or the Caribbean Sea. Average size: 400 square feet.<br />

The Beach House
The one of a kind Beach House at Anse Chastanet is located on the north corner of Anse Chastanet beach, a free standing cottage where you can sit and relax, looking out over the sparkling Caribbean Sea, watching sunsets year round from your elevated brick deck in the landscaped oceanfront garden. The interior is bright and airy, bathed in warm Caribbean sunlight shining through its French doors and windows.

<p>The suite is 1600 square feet inclusive of a 450 square feet covered patio and is fully air-conditioned. In suite amenities include fridge, espresso/coffee maker, in-room safe, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Molton Brown amenities, telephone, and free wi-fi.</p>

Whilst most resort restaurant menus offer vegetarian or vegan choices, the Emerald’s Restaurant caters exclusively to vegans with a modern tapas style menu. Crispy Cauliflower Accras with Lime, Scallion, St Lucian Mango Chutney and Bread Fruit Gnocchi with Tomato, Lemon Thyme and Chadon Beni Pesto. Served in a panoramic hillside setting above the Piton Bar.

Trou au Diable Beach restaurant
Located right on the Anse Chastanet beach, serving lunch daily. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialties. On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy a special Caribbean culinary evening in the Trou au Diable Restaurant, which commences with a cocktail reception at 6 pm The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles
