With light and embracing tones, Deluxe Suites combine traditional and modern decoration and design. The beautiful antique ceilings with star arches, typical of the local architecture, offer an atmosphere of times past. The 60 m² suites, with a living area, double bed and futon, and elegant stone bathroom, are perfect for up to 3 people. The large central window door illuminates the bedroom with warm natural light, offering a view of the private patio equipped with table, chairs and deckchair.

 Rooms are spacious, light and very cozy, with an integrated living area. Ranging in size from 32 to 40 square meters, they all benefit from having their own private patios with tables, chairs and loungers where you can relax. The rooms are perfect for couples and offer wonderful views of stunning sunsets thanks to their ideal location on the farm. 

Duplex Room

Duplex Rooms are stylish and cozy and extend over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room by the entrance, a futon and an elegant, modern bathroom. On the first floor, there is an open-plan attic room with a double bed which enhances the star vaulted style of these rooms. All come with a private patio where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. They are perfect for families, groups of friends and for those seeking a romantic weekend in Apulia.

Executive Suite

Decorated in perfect Salento style, our spacious, elegant and comfortable Executive Suites allow our guests to relax and enjoy an unforgettable experience. The suites consist of a double bed and futon in a unique environment, a designer bathroom delimits the space and each room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, minibar and hairdryer. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Limoni Sunset Suite

Intimate and bright, this suite perfectly reflects the style of the masseria, with natural shades of Salento stone and beautiful antique ceilings with star arches that are typical of the local architecture. With refined decorative features and equipped with every comfort, the central part of the suite is composed of a double bed and futon with a living area, elegant bathroom and a large French door that illuminates the entire room with warm natural light. Otranto Suite

A cozy and sophisticated suite with shades ranging from white to neutral and natural colors and stone vaulted ceiling entirely whitewashed in white lime. Equipped with a double bed and futon in a unique environment, the suite offers an elegant bathroom and 2 large French windows overlooking the delightful private patio with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can sit to give yourself over to reading, conversation or rest. Salento Suite

A spacious, refined and comfortable suite with white wooden beams that are part of the Masseria's historic core. Enriched with decorative elements and stonework in light tones, the suite measures 109 m² and offers a living area, double bed and futon and an elegant stone bathroom. The delightful private patio, with table, garden chairs and deckchair, allows guests to enjoy a quiet outdoor space to relax in after spending the day strolling through the streets of Otranto or enjoying the sea breeze. Perfect for a family stay, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Sunset View Junior Suite


 Natural stone walls are the key feature of this rustic-style room. The ceilings of the rooms have retained the natural stone typical of the area, a feature which, together with the tuff stone, adds to the authentic character of the farmhouse. Featuring a large bedroom, modern bathroom, futon and living area, all Junior Suites are very light and airy. Some offer a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and the Alimini Lakes, while others have a large window overlooking the surrounding countryside, but all enjoy views of the Salento sunset.
