Spend the morning meandering through boutiques, art galleries, and a textile exhibit as well as culinary landmarks including a fishmonger and candy maker for a sweet souvenir. For lunch, it’s back to the ranch for “table-to-farm” at Jazamango, a new culinary destination where our Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet teams up with culinary legend Javier Placencia. This is Baja at its most bountiful, dining amid the organic farms, sampling oysters plucked from the nearby sea; quail eggs and venison from local ranches; and prized craft beer and wine serve as the ultimate pairings.  Sunnyside Stand Up- Morning Paddle Boarding: Start the day with a sunrise standup paddle board at Cabo’s iconic Land’s End. This final point of the Baja Peninsula is the place of postcards where dramatic rock formations jut out of the sapphire sea. The natural Arch “El Arco” frames the intersection where the turbulent Pacific Ocean meets the tranquil Sea of Cortez. Glide alongside schools of fish, splashing sea lions and an intimate stretch of beach straddling the two bodies of water. The sandy spot is ideal for a private picnic, or upgrade to a leisurely brunch aboard Pelicano Island, the resort’s luxurious new yacht partner. (Yoga on board also available!)  The Xanadu of Baja's Sierra: Only a few backroads of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains lead to Baja’s best kept secret. Outside the tiny town of Santiago, our 4x4 jeeps commandeer the route, chauffeuring guests to an enchanted jungle wonderland lush with flora and fauna of the desert. Consider it Baja’s own Xanadu, an otherworldly landscape singular to this setting. Here, guests discover discreet trailheads, hike amid heroic granite boulders and oversized cacti, uncovering oases of hidden waterfalls, swimming holes and hot springs. After a magical morning of excursions, refuel at the rustic Rancho El Refugio ecological reserve where a local culinary legend will dream up an indulgent surprise feast.  Bucket List: Swim with Whale Sharks Experience a live version of Shark Week starring... you! Topping bucket lists everywhere, we offer close encounters with the ocean’s most gentle of giants. Clocking in at 40-feet long, whale sharks are the world’s largest fish and completely harmless to humans thanks to their exclusive diet of microscopic plankton. Set out on a panga boat toward La Paz into the calm blue waters, and search for your new swimming partners as they glide close to the surface, mouth wide open like a vacuum, filtering food from the water. Once back at the resort, regale in your epic tales with a margarita.  Jewel Box of the Sea: Espiritu Santo Island Be it by yacht or panga, choose your maiden voyage to the UNESCO-protected biosphere of Espiritu Santo Island and its surrounding archipelago, where intimate snorkeling and playful sea lions await. The daylong treasure hunt explores our national treasure, deemed “The Galapagos of North America,” with precision and passion. Feast your eyes: While manta rays skim across the water’s surface and frigatebirds circle overhead, passengers delight in a spread of fresh ceviche and guacamole. Let the magic continue with an optional sunset Champagne toast at Balandra Bay.

Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is reminiscent of an old Mexican hacienda, where the ocean meets the mountains. Its Interior design celebrates traditional Mexican culture, mixed with sophisticated modern elements. Each guestroom has a private terrace and at least one private plunge pool from which to enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Once you leave the airport, take the exit to the left that says “Cabo San Lucas” (do not take the road to the right, which will take you through San Jose del Cabo) you will be on the toll Road, after driving for about 10 minutes you will get to an intersection where you will see a big supermarket called Mega right on the other side of the road; take a right on that circle, which will be the main highway. You will stay on that highway all the way into Cabo San Lucas.   Once in town (after Walmart supermarket) you will pass 5 stop lights (you will see the Squid Roe on your right and Puerto Paraiso at the left hand side) Stay on this same street all the way until you will find a museum with a whale skeleton at your left hand side, you will take the left on that intersection “Cabo San Lucas St” (you will see “Mi Casa Restaurant” on the right hand side and next the old Cabo San Lucas Church) Keep going straight for 3 blocks and you will see Hacienda el Coyote restaurant, after that a store named California Ranch, and in the next corner on the right side you will find the entrance to El Pedregal, “Camino Del Mar St”, turn to the right and followed you will see The Resort at Pedregal gate at the left hand side.
