AmphorA indulges your palate with an exquisite range of delicious dishes. From fresh-from-local-markets destination specialties to celebrated culinary favorites, or your chef's signature specialties, each meal is a delicious adventure.

The Yacht Club

The Yacht Club, a Windstar favorite, is a wonderful option for casual dining. All your favorite gourmet sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available throughout the day and evening, prepared precisely to your liking and served in impeccable Windstar style.

Candles

The outdoor seating area of Veranda transforms into Candles in the evening, where on-deck dining by candlelight highlights every voyage. This poolside grill accommodates 30 guests for dinner, offers al fresco dining on favorite seafood and steak-house grilled specialties and a romantic ambiance unmatched in any venue on sea or shore.

For breakfast or lunch the choices are many in Veranda. Whatever you feel like: al fresco, full-service, or choose the seemingly endless buffet. No need to hurry. This is what the good life is all about.

Watersports

Complimentary watersports are available in the afternoons on most itineraries when anchored, on all Windstar ships. Visit the open-air watersports platform located aft. All watersports are offered sea and weather conditions permitting. In the event of turbulent seas and adverse weather conditions, watersports may be cancelled for safety reasons.

Kayaking

Paddle off together to enjoy the coastal sights and get some exercise. Kayaks are available for one or two people for half-an-hour and must be entered from the water.

Sailing

Enjoy the wind and the sea on the Topper or Rumba Escape Sailboats. Designed for experienced sailors, sailboats accommodate one or two people.

Snorkeling

Enjoy the underwater beauty of reefs, coral, sea life and sunken treasure in many of the ports. Complimentary snorkel gear is provided. Snorkeling excursions are available for an additional charge.

Swimming

If a swim is all you desire, this too is an option. A swim line and user-friendly ladder are provided as well as supervision for your safety.

Waterskiing

Enjoy an open-water skiing adventure in an exotic lagoon, bay, or harbor. For experienced skiers only. Skiing slots are typically half an hour and take a maximum of two skiers at any one time. Sign up times are available on the sports platform during open hours.
