Abu Dhabi Guided Sightseeing Option:
Meet your expert local guide for the drive to Abu Dhabi. This comprehensive tour is the ideal introduction to the city and the island on which it stands. Your first stop is the impressive Grand Mosque – named after His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late President of the UAE. It is one of the largest mosques in the world, able to accommodate more than 30,000 worshippers. You will then visit the vegetable, date, fish and Iranian markets in Port Zayed.
Next, you will drive along the spectacular Corniche, with its gleaming white mosques and elegant high-rise apartments, you will stop at the Heritage Village, which houses a small museum that depicting the traditional daily activities of the Arab community before the discovery of oil. After a short trip to the tip of the breakwater for a superb view of Abu Dhabi’s magnificent skyline, you will drive past the presidential palace areas and the majestic Emirates Palace Hotel.

Dress Code: All visitors must be dressed appropriately upon arrival at the Grand Mosque. Otherwise, entry will be denied. All visitors should wear modest, conservative, loose-fitting clothing with long sleeves, and long skirts or trousers. Shoes will be removed prior to entering the mosque so slip-on shoes are recommended. For ladies, a headscarf is essential.
