Kerrick James
Kerrick James received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Arizona State University in 1982. He has photographed the lands and cities of the American West, Mexico, and the Pacific Rim for over twenty-five years, with increasing emphasis on Alaska, Hawaii and Baja California. His work has appeared on more than 200 book and magazine covers and numerous feature stories in travel and inflight magazines like Arizona Highways, Alaska, Voyageur, Virtuoso Life, Outdoor Photographer, National Geographic Adventure, Sky, Sunset, Conde Nast Traveler UK, and more.
In addition to providing covers for two books by National Geographic, Kerrick has also shot guidebooks of the Southwest, Arizona, New Mexico, Las Vegas, and San Francisco for Compass American Guides. For Insight Guides, he has shot travel guides of Arizona, Utah, California and San Francisco. He is an active member of SATW (Society of American Travel Writers), TJG (Travel Journalist's Guild), and TEOE (Through Each Other's Eyes) Kerrick resides in Mesa, Arizona with his sons Shane, Royce and Keanu.

Sherry Martin
Sherry is the owner and CEO of Sherry Martin Photography, based in San Diego, CA. She is our resident professional photographer and travel writer extraordinaire, who also "moonlights" as an international flight attendant. Sherry documents her travel through photography and writes about her adventurous "off the beaten path" travel in a her personal blog, and in a travel blog for Carefree Travel. She has visited over 40 countries, has lived in Bolivia, South America as a child, and in Rome, Italy during her mid 20's; but her all-time favorite destination is South Africa.
When her feet are planted on the ground, Sherry provides creative, unique and personalized lifestyle images, with a niche in boudoir-style photography. Sherry customizes and personalizes each photo shoot to her clients needs by building personal relationship with her client in order to gain trust and instill confidence. Sherry embraces all of her passions - travel, writing, and photography - and is highly successful at making others feel very comfortable around her, which likely explains why she succeeds as an international purser and flight attendant for Delta Air Lines for the past 12 years.

Mark Holmes
Mark Holmes is a professional photographer, instructor, and author of Digital SLR Photography eLearning Kit for Dummies. He has over 20 years experience as a photographer and instructional designer and has developed many instructional texts, workshops, and online classes devoted to photography, technology, and media-related subjects. His experience covers commercial photography for leading technology companies, including Hewlett Packard, while his interest in portrait photography has led to assignments in Japan and Korea.
Originally from England, Mark moved to San Diego twelve years ago and now considers San Diego his home. He is very enthusiastic about San Diego; his website includes many articles about great locations to photograph in the county. In 2004, Mark started the San Diego Digital SLR Photography Group, a free club dedicated to bringing photography enthusiasts together on a monthly basis to photograph in San Diego County, which now boasts over 1,000 members.
Mark runs regular workshops on digital photography and also teaches new photographers and other professionals individually. He has a love of sharing the art of photography with others and a passion for his subject, which is evident through his online articles and speaking engagements. He has traveled for business and pleasure to over 20 countries and always has his camera close by.
