I want to thank Bob Pavon for his attention to detail from the beginning to the end of the recent Mexican Riviera Golf Cruise on the Princess Sapphire. As this was our first cruise, Bob helped make the entire trip and enjoyable one and one we will not forget. I will admit that I was apprehensive about going through a travel agent, but Bob was there all the way and answered our questions. He kept us constantly informed of any updates or changes to the cruise. We enjoyed a wonderful 7 day cruise and did not have to worry about anything. The Golf Courses we played on were magnificent... and as he said all along, they saved the best for last.... Cabo Del Sol in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Prior to leaving the ship we booked our cruise for next year... the Golf Cruise and have invited some of our closest friends to join us. Thanks, Bob, for a wonderful Cruise.

Bob's attention to detail was outstanding: from what shows we should not miss on board, to shore tour tips, to the fact that hand held radios work on board ship, he had it all! Bob went far and above what we expected him to do. We know this because we were also inquiring of other travel agents (Internet companies) and the services/options they offered were far less than what Bob was able to dig up and offer us. There is something to be said about being able to plan the details of your vacation face-to-face with the person you are entrusting your time-off from work! My family, especially the kids, had a blast! (especially since this was a surprise to them!). My youngest (six years old) didn't want to leave! Thanks, Bob, for a wonderful job!
